Registration Information

Beginning last year USA Hockey made available to its members “On-line Registration”. This registration is for USA Hockey only, prior years this $30 fee was assessed as part of your regular registration process. This year WHA is making the on-line registration mandatory. A credit card will be needed for the process and you must be over 18 to complete the form, if you do not have a credit card the association will have one available on registration night, as well as laptops and a printer.

Every skater, regardless of age, registering with the Watertown Hockey Association must have the following forms:

Please note some of the forms have a place for the participant to sign. This also applies to the younger levels, parents please have your skater sign the form as best as he/she can.

New participants must provide a copy of a registered birth certificate.
